With its amazing pool, hot-tub and cinema room, and so much communal space, The Vicarage is an absolute gem and just perfect for family groups, whether they want to spend time together enjoying everything the house has to offer or go out and enjoy the many tourist destinations and attractions in the area.

The 30 foot dining conservatory has a massive window seat, and comfy chairs leading into a large main lounge with plenty of seating with large screen TV and real-flame fire. The conservatory and kitchen also have further cosy snug seating areas too. The conservatory opens onto a large south-facing lawn surrounded by trees, with seating so you can relax and let the children play or, if the weather’s good, take the dining tables outside for an alfresco meal. A barbecue is available. There is a further terrace area accessible from both the kitchen and the pool area which enjoys the morning sunshine.

The huge kitchen with 7 by 5 granite island is fully equipped with all you need to cook (5 ring hob and 2 electric ovens), American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler, or just relax and order your dinner delivered from many of the great local takeaways and pubs. Then spend the evening at the movies in the fantastic cinema room with 100 inch screen, surround sound and large corner sofa. 

Of course the piece de resistance of the house is the 9m by 6m indoor heated pool with a 6 person Jacuzzi. With a constant depth of 1.3 metres, the pool is great for families to play games such as water polo or netball. To get to the pool you go through the office which has a 5ft pool table as well as a workspace with screens and printer if any of your group needs to catch up on some work. The terrace just outside the pool is a wonderful sun-trap with a full size table-tennis table.

Upstairs there is a spacious king-size master with en-suite plus 4 more bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a shower room and toilet downstairs and the pool area also has a shower and loo.

All the big supermarkets are less than 10 minutes’ drive away plus there is a good-size convenience store and post office with a free ATM just a minute’s walk away.
