Excellent house for a party. Phil was very accommodating to letting us check in earlier and the check out at 2 pm is excellent. Lots to do in the house, swimming , play pool , board games, cinema room , karaoke. Close by amenities including Mrs B’s sandwich shop a must ! And the Italian- Casa Luli was excellent ! Would definitely stay again

Just had a weekend at the vicarage we had a fabulous time.It was everything and more than we expected we was greeted by Phil who showed us round and explained everything.The pool was brilliant the grandchildren and adults loved it.They even left pool towels as well as bathroom towels there was a washing machine and tumble dryer so always dried for next dip .Would definitely recommend and do a return visit.Thank you for a brilliant weekend

A beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, cinema room, and pool table — we made full use of the luxury facilities, switched off completely, and truly unwound. Phil, our host, was fantastic.Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We had such an amazing stay here for my mother in law’s 70th birthday. There were 7 adults, 2 children and a baby and there was so much room for everyone to be able to eat together and relax together too. The swimming pool & jacuzzi were the perfect temperature and were well used by all over the weekend. We also really enjoyed the pool table and the cinema room too.The beds are all comfortable and everywhere was clean and it’s the kind of home where you feel instantly comfortable.The kitchen is super well stocked with lots of pots, pans, crockery, glasses, mugs & cutlery. There are 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a really large fridge freezer, a microwave etc.Phil was such a great host, very communicative and friendly and the damages bond was repaid the same day as departure too.We would definitely like to come back again – working on a plan for next year already…

Absolutely top notch place for a big family. Super clean and tidy, luxury fittings. Cinema room and pool are next level good. We will be back again.

We have just had a fabulous weekend celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday in style at The Vicarage!!The pool and jacuzzi are amazing the young ones spent hours in it, the multipul sitting areas and conservatory made it easy for everyone to gather for games and meals and the cinema room was perfect for an afternoon filming screening!!Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get close ones together, the bedrooms are all spacious, beautifully decorated and have the comfiest beds 😊Thank you Phil for being the best host and ensuring everything was perfect, will definitely be returning.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic weekend away for my father in laws 60th birthday . Absolutely fabulous accommodation clean well equipped had everything we needed .We all loved the swimming pool and cinema room the whole house is just fabulous . Would highly recommend to any large family or group of friends looking to enjoy a nice weekend / week of relaxation , fun & laughs .The host phil was friendly and helpful too thank you . We’ve just returned from a few days stay at The Vicarage, we had the best time on our annual kid & mam trip.
The holiday home has everything you need.
The separate rooms are ideal if people want to go off for some quiet time.
The pool and Jacuzzi are a great addition which the kids and adults loved!

We have just returned from our stay at the Vicarage, having spent two nights away with friends (4 adults, 4 tween/teen children). Phil is the most welcoming and accommodating of hosts, who is happy to help and provide advice and assistance if needed. The house was fantastic and was equipped with absolutely everything that could possibly be needed. There was no shortage of anything! Absolutely everything has been thought of. The main reason we chose the Vicarage was because it had so much to offer without ever having to leave. The pool was an instant hit! It was no surprise that the kids wanted to spend the majority of their time in it. The cinema room is superb and is set up to support gaming, too. If the kids weren’t in the pool, they were in the cinema room!! The house is so spacious, with so many areas to relax and enjoy. We had a thoroughly great time doing exactly that. Highly recommended, and no doubt we will visit again! Thank you, Phil, for a wonderful stay 🙂

Just celebrated my husbands 70th with the family. Four grandchildren ages 14 – 7 years and there’s something for all of them to do, swimming, table tennis & pool competitions, not to mention the cinema room. All had lots of fun

We stayed over the Easter weekend, a family of 8 adults and 6 children. What a great place, the Easter bunny had plenty of space to do his treasure hunt for the kids and plenty of space in the wine fridge for the adults.. The pool and cinema room got plenty of use, and the safety features are spot on. Although there were 14 of us it never felt crowded. Phil is a great host and the house is a credit to him. We will be back!
