Fabulous holiday home! Everything was stunning from the beautiful church in the grounds to the rooms. The rooms were so comfortable, fresh and spacious and the facilities were amazing! The pool and Jaccuzi were fantastic and the gentelman who own the place has catered for everyone from locks on the pool cover to stop children falling in to a kitchen full of every piece of cutlery you could possibly need! The conservatory was beautiful to eat in, there were just little extras that made the holiday like a speajer in the kitchen and pool area and fairylights throughout the house! BEAUTIFUL❤️ Oh and theres also a beautiful Italians down the road but the owner covers everything from where you can go to what everything is when you get there and lots of leaflets in the kitchen for takeaways!

Booked 5 days for 2 adults, 2 older teens and 1 young teen.Very straight forward process to book and clear check in instructions.House is described extremely accurately, really lovely place to stay.Lots of permutations for sleeping if a larger group, all bedrooms spacious and comfortable.Swimming pool and cinema room particular hits with the kids.Really nice touches such as washing tablets, dishwasher tabs, condiments cupboard. Kitchen with all the equipment anyone could ever need.Very decent bbq as well.Genuinely could not fault anything either with house or the booking process.If not local and got similar age kids recommend White Rose Kingpin for hours of fun and a nice shopping mall to wander around.Gem of a place. This holiday home really is a wonderful place for families to get together, have fun, relax and make happy memories. The facilities are second to none and were enjoyed by all. Grandchildren and adults were kept well entertained. We loved the swimming pool and the cinema room was a real hit. We had fun playing table tennis, pool and various board games. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a barbecue. Phil is an amazing host, always available for support and advice when needed but unobtrusive. We missed packing a couple of items upon leaving but no worries as Phil brought them to Bennett’s, the local farm shop where he knew we were having breakfast before heading home. He certainly is a host that goes above and beyond. Thank you Phil for a fabulous stay in your holiday home where we made memories to treasure.

We are a family of five adults and six children, and we stayed for a week. The house was perfect for us, comfortable bedrooms, excellent kitchen and bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The best part was the pool, where the children spent most of each day. Phil was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and friendly, responding immediately to any queries and requests.

Just returned from our second 3 night stay at this fabulous holiday home. We visited 2 years ago and couldn’t wait to return. We were a group of 8 adults 3 three year old boys and a baby.The home offers a large amount of space to easily accommodate us all with an amazing heated swimming pool with cover so totally safe for the children. Our biggest challenge was getting them out they absolutely loved it !The movie room was great for the pre bedtime kids wind down and the adults loved watching the World Cup final on the huge screen.Another fabulous family break with access to restaurants and a lovely farm shop and cafe just walking distance away. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for my mum’s 70th Birthday, what can i say apart from wow. We had so much fun and didn’t leave the house all weekend. The pool was fantastic, plenty of films watched in the cinema room and countless games of table tennis and pool. The house is so big and proved great for hide and seek! We have booked again for Christmas

We’ve just returned home after the most amazing weekend celebrating my daughters 18th birthday and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better house for it 🩷

There were 11 adults and 2 children staying and the house had more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without ever feeling cramped. It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for a full weekend away and was perfect for entertaining family and friends.

Phil was fantastic from start to finish — always on hand if we needed anything and really helpful throughout our stay.

The indoor pool was a huge hit all weekend, especially with all the inflatables and decorations, and the cinema room created one of the most emotional and special moments of the whole celebration. The large social spaces, beautiful layout and overall atmosphere made it the perfect place to create unforgettable memories together.

We honestly had the best weekend and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special place for a family celebration or group getaway. Thank you again for helping make Emma’s 18th so memorable ✨

We had the most wonderful stay at this holiday home and honestly did not want to leave! The indoor pool was the absolute highlight of the trip and was enjoyed by all three generations of our family, from morning swims to late evening fun. (Its also a lot bigger than the photos)The house itself had everything you could possibly need and more. The games kept everyone entertained, and the cinema room with Sky Sports was a huge hit with the adults. Every detail made the stay feel comfortable, relaxing, and special.It’s rare to find somewhere that genuinely caters for all ages, but this house did exactly that. We made so many lovely memories with our families that were long overdue, and it made the whole trip even more meaningful. We would definitely book again in the future and highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Here for the weekend to celebrate my 60th with family . The kids absolutely loved the pool & cinema room . The sun was shinning so had a bbq Phil the host cleaned it out for us to use . Nothing was too much trouble . Had a fantastic weekend. Comfortable beds plenty of towels to use . Would definitely go back x

What a wonderful place for a family celebration! We enjoyed a weekend celebrating my husband’s special birthday with our children and grandchildren aged from 8 to 17 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very kind to us so we weren’t able to play darts and table tennis, but we made the most of the pool and jacuzzi, the pool table and the cinema room. The conservatory is a great place to eat together and we enjoyed takeaways there from Parmars and from the Italian restaurant. Details and menus for nearby places are in a folder in the Vicarage. The lounge was a great chill zone and we also enjoyed playing some board games there (some are provided but we had brought our own). Very well equipped kitchen but we didn’t do much proper cooking! Great communication with Phil from the time of booking and he didn’t seem to get stressed by my questions (so no you don’t need to take pool towels, dishwasher pods, or washing up liquid!!)
